Fingercomber should be sued from every angle. Their business needs to be shut down.

THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a unit and they sent me the wrong one, TWICE. When i asked why couldn't they get my order right and that i needed a refund they did NOT respond. I kept contacting them and I got no response.

The first time they sent me the wrong unit I was a little forgiving because mistakes happen. But the second time was a dealbreaker and I started to think that they did it on purpose. Trust me when I say that you would be making the worst decision of your life buying from this company. What company charges 80 dollars for a synthetic wig anyway?

WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, AND PATIENCE.

SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN BY NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. IF FINGERCOMBER EVER READS THIS YOU ARE EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is happening to me now. I mailed them back the incorrect unit they sent me and now I cannot get a response as to when I'll receive my correct unit.

I got a delivery confirmation so I know they received the package.

I've attempted three times to inquire about my shipment, and I got no answer. Disappointing!

Get out of your feelings things happen in business. That's no reason for someone to warrant a shut down of a business.

For you sake I hope they give you all your monies back. And will never deal with you again, if matters where that bad for you.

Wow thanks so much for your post. I had the same exact experience with bigchophair.com it was a nightmare.

I spent $300 with them and the "customer service" was horrendous, the owner is so rude and unprofessional as well. Trying to support our own and this is what happens its so sad.

Yes, you know what they say about "our" people.... We would support them more but Black owned business have stereotypically bad customer service.

It's unfortunate this company fits this stereotype too.
